Recruiting prospective undergraduate students is not an exact science, especially in today's high-tech world. It takes a unique combination of print, web, social, and mobile technologies to reach today's prospective students. The University of New Haven is constantly evolving how it reaches out to prospective and enrolling students. Come see how their admissions office has used a multi-pronged approach with their communication efforts that communicates the value of a student's investment and truly personalizes an impersonal medium.

Recently the admissions recruitment world has seen a dramatic shift. Everyday new opportunities pop up that allow students to connect, research and even apply to their top choice colleges and universities. The question then is which touch point(s) really made the difference in the student's decision to apply and enroll. Through thousands of student survey responses and focus groups we will attempt to determine how many touch points and communication methods it takes to generate an enrollment. We will also share which communications are most impactful to students at various stages in the enrollment process. Don't take it from us...take it from the students you are recruiting!
